once you start your free trial, you’ll be able to access ❤️ heartbeat directly from your somos dashboard!
you’ll be initially set up with a posts & news channel and a voice & video room to teach classes in but you can add as many channels as you like!

- head to your somos dashboard
- click the access heartbeat button.
- once the heartbeat platform has opened in a new browser tab, click resources in the left hand menu.
